3-Ingredient Breakfast Smoothie

smoothieHere’s a quick breakfast smoothie that requires only three ingredients (yes- total of 3!) and it’s absolutely delicious, nutritious and best of all ultra easy to make.


  1. 1 cup organic frozen strawberries – Am I the only one that has noticed the organic selection Costco now offers?! High five Costco for adding organic fruits and vegetables to your inventory.
  2. 1 cup of vanilla almond milk – Replace this with soy milk for extra protein or whichever milk you prefer. I personally like the taste of almond milk in my smoothies…gives it a nutty flavor plus keeps the carbs down.
  3. 1/2 scoop of non-gmo yellow pea protein – This is my secret ingredient. Adding a veggie protein powder gives this smoothie a healthy balance. I purchased this one on Amazon.


Add all ingredients to blender. Blend, serve in a cute mason jar and enjoy! Easy PEAsy!
